Intense, pure in aroma, perfectly balanced: We cook our broth with great care and attention to detail. For the production of our particularly strong broth, for example, bones and boiled, stirred and crushed on high heat for more than 8 hours.

Combine with Konbu (seegrass) from Japan and Miso paste, we make sure the broth with good taste and nutrition.
